Heidi is a Vibrational sound practitioner offering one to one treatments that promote healing to retune and harmonise the body and mind.

Heidi also teaches group classes in movement and dance that aim to raise your energy levels up, improve mood and enhance physical wellness.

Heidi also runs a Woman's Circle once a month to connect, support and share in a confidential safe space

Dance and Movement Sessions

Heidi High Vibes is an energizing movement class for all levels. This experience is curated specifically to release stress, regulate the nervous system and trigger the release of feel-good neurotransmitters and hormones, whilst giving you a workout suitable for all fitness levels.

We start on the ground, working on the feet and then move up the body in a sequence curated to the music, you’ll start to feel the impact that music has in relation to how your body naturally wants to move. We will focus on the rhythm and the beat and Heidi will guide you and give you options to help you find your pace. There is no right or wrong, just your own personal journey going inside yourself. Gradually we will be taking up the pace, working up a bit of a sweat, and then finally going into the cool down phase where you will be guided into a deep relaxation. This is a chance to soak up all the benefits of the session and realign with yourself.

Woman's Circles

A Woman's Circle is a sacred gathering where women come together to share, reflect, and support one another in a safe, non judgmental space. Unlike social meet ups or networking events, a circle isn't about performance. small talk or achieving anything. Its about being. Each Circle is an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and be witnessed in an authentic way

What to expect:

  • Guided Meditation : To help ground and centre

  • Breathwork: To calm the nervous system and connect

  • Journaling and Reflection: To help explore emotions and intentions

  • Sharing: Where each woman is listened to with out interruption or advice giving

  • Movement: Dance or stretching to help shift stagnant energy

  • Seasonal Practices: Often honouring the moon cycles or season

  • Creative expression: This may be a craft or art activity

Do I take my clothes off?

No, you keep your clothes on

Who cant have a Vibro acoustic massage?

It is not advisable for pregnant women, people with pacemakers, or any one with epilepsy. If you are unsure, please consult your Doctor before booking

High Vibes Dance and Movement Class
Who can join the classes?

Classes are aimed at adults, sorry no kids. (we are working on a new class to include little ones, watch this space). We are fully inclusive, welcoming and respecting people of all background, identities and abilities.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for moving in

How long is the class?

Classes are 1 hour, including warm up and warm down

Do I need experience?

No experience is necessary to join. Heidi will guide you through

What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a towel will do if not. Bring a water bottle to hydrate, and an eye mask/sleep mask if you have one. Or you can borrow one of ours.

What is a Woman's Circle?

A women’s circle is a safe, intentional, and often sacred gathering where women come together to share, support, and connect without judgment or competition. Designed as a break from daily pressures, these gatherings encourage vulnerability, allowing participants to be truly seen, heard, and witnessed. Circles can feature, but are not limited to, rituals, meditation, journaling, and heart-centered sharing. They are rooted in ancient traditions.

How long will it take?

Heidi's circles last 2 hours. Circles have a clear opening and closing, ensuring a focused and intentional experience. Arriving before we start is essential.

What should I wear to the circle?

Wear comfortable clothing as we tend to sit on the floor, but do feel free to dress in anyway that makes you personally feel good.

Who can come to a woman's circle?

Women's circles are inclusive, supportive gatherings open to anyone who identifies as a woman, regardless of age (typically 18+), background, or prior experience. The space is designed for women seeking connection, self-awareness, or a safe, non-judgmental space to share, listen, and rest. I have space for no more than 8 women including myself.

Why is there a charge?

Charging helps ensure sustainability, values the time and energy taken to prepare and hold the circle, and can foster deeper commitment from attendees

What should I expect?

Activities include guided mediation, reflection, Oracle Cards, sharing, journaling, movement, sometimes a craft. We often honour moon phases, nature, seasons, and life's changes.

Do I need Experience?

You do not need to be spiritual or have attended before.

Is it a safe space?

Woman's Circles are a confidential environment where you can speak without being interrupted or "fixed". What is said in the Woman's Circle, stays in the woman's circle. It is a place to bear witness to each other.

What is the purpose?

Connection and community are fostered, it also combats modern loneliness by connecting women with themselves and each other.
